As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Heikkilä & Co my objective is to identify the companies and entrepreneurs who will benefit of our services. I will get to know them and their needs and find the right experts to solve their issues.

My own experience as an entrepreneur has proven that entrepreneur-driven companies need an easily approachable and comprehensive one-stop legal aid. The feeling that this is exactly what Heikkilä & Co is working towards, is what inspired me to join the company. Together with this team we can offer our help and peace of mind to entrepreneurs and family businesses on whose shoulders the wealth and prosperity of our country rests.

Throughout my twenty-year career my work has primarily involved networking, identifying needs, influencing people, communicating, understanding companies and business models together with adding value to the customer. That is to say I am a well experienced Sales and Marketing professional. I have been working in Finland, Britain, all Nordic countries and elsewhere in the world. I have had an opportunity to get acquainted with commercialization of wide range of products, services and even ideas as well as sales techniques and sales channels development.

I have also made comprehensive business development in the widest imaginable range; from setting up a business to selling it and everything in between. My entrepreneurial career between 2010 and 2020 included business brokering, founding a law firm as well as the launch of an international high-tech start-up.

Physical exercise is an important way for me to spend my time off and keep the body and mind fit. My hobbies are CrossFit, floorball and trail running. What I like in CrossFit is it´s versatility and challenge I encounter. In order to perfect the training session, there is always room for improvement in technique, mobility or endurance.
